Fidav is a Swiss fiduciary company established in 1982. Born and raised in Ticino, it now supports over 150 clients — businesses and individuals — with tax, accounting, corporate and payroll matters.

In more than forty years of activity we have seen laws, markets and technologies change. What has not changed is the way we work: truly understanding needs, providing concrete answers, building relationships of trust that stand the test of time. It is no coincidence that many of our clients have been with us for decades.

We operate from our main office in Mendrisio, an office in Lugano and a presence in the Canton of Zug in Baar, thanks to our partnership with RB Swiss. This allows us to support you across Switzerland while remaining your single point of contact.

Partner & CEO

She combines expertise in corporate consulting, human resources and social insurance with international experience gained in small and medium-sized companies in Italy and Switzerland. A social insurance specialist holding a Federal Certificate, she has first-hand knowledge of the needs of businesses and their operational challenges; she has also developed skills in governance, strategic and digital marketing, social media and events.

Her approach combines technical competence, a broad overview and particular attention to the client relationship, which she nurtures consistently through organisational and strategic decisions, turning needs and objectives into concrete solutions.

She graduated with top marks in Business Administration and Management from Università Carlo Cattaneo – LIUC in Castellanza, and completed her training with a Master of Advanced Studies in Tax Law at SUPSI in Lugano, specialising in international taxation.

She combines technical expertise, precision and continuous professional development with a strategic vision of consulting, with the aim of turning tax complexity into clear and concrete solutions.

She develops and coordinates projects by combining method, organisational skills and legal awareness, with recent in-depth study of Swiss law in the paralegal field.

She has broadened her skills in communication, marketing and brand development, integrating them into her project-based approach in order to turn ideas and objectives into concrete projects.

She has gained solid experience in sales and in the administrative management of her family business, developing over the years a particular attention to organisational and accounting matters. She has also consolidated her administrative and accounting skills within a major company in the Lugano area, dealing with the management of a more complex structure. She is strengthening her path by obtaining the Cantonal Accounting Certificate and continuing her training towards the Cantonal Diploma in Accounting.

Precision, orderliness and organisational skills are combined with a dynamic approach, always available and geared towards assisting clients with their needs. She is currently attending the HRSE personnel administration course, thereby extending her administrative and accounting skills into the field of human resources management. Her experience allows her to adapt flexibly to new contexts and to contribute pragmatically to the management of day-to-day activities.
